For the month of February, join us for Braise & Bordeaux, a month-long dinner-menu addition featuring Braised Beef Shank Bourguignon. A beef shank that’s cooked so slowly it practically falls off the bone is served with pearled barley and winter vegetables grand-mère. We’ve hand selected two wines from France’s Bordeaux region to pair perfectly with the dish.
