SMIP RANCH CSA

We are excited to announce the return of SMIP Ranch’s weekly CSA program!

Listen up, there are a couple changes. This season, which kicks off on Tuesday, June 4, Mary and Brian will be offering pick-up locations at Spruce in San Francisco, Mayfield Bakery & Cafe in Palo Alto, and The Village Pub in Woodside. On the new day, Tuesday, you can pick up your box any time after 3:00 p.m. The price is the same, $28, and you will receive a box loaded with fresh ingredients and a recipe.

If you were on their list last year, you are still there. If this is your first time receiving this information and would like to receive weekly box updates, simply email us at smipranchcsa@gmail.com with your preferred location.

MONDAY - SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN

Celebrate every Monday night by enjoying our southern fried chicken, served with warm biscuits, house made gravy and collard greens.

Every Tuesday night, enjoy meatballs with angel Hair pasta and fresh tomato Sauce, served with a caesar salad and garlic bread.

THURSDAY - ST. LOUIS-STYLE BARBECUE RIBS

Thursday nights just got tastier! We’re featuring our mouthwatering, St. Louis-style pork ribs, accompanied by coleslaw, house made cornbread, and a delicious barbecue pit sauce.

FRIDAY - OLD FASHIONED CHICKEN POT PIE

Friday nights, dig into our piping hot pot pie prepared with rotisserie chicken, english peas, pearl onions, bacon lardons, button mushrooms, topped off with a black pepper crust.

SATURDAY - WOOD-FIRED ROTISSERIE PRIME RIB

Saturday nights, feast on our 10-ounce, Angus prime rib, accompanied by a steaming hot baked potato, horseradish crème fraiche and black pepper au jus.

Every Sunday night we feature Mayfield Chili. Prepared with meat and vegetables, and served with fixings and warm cornbread.

FARMERS' MENU

Savor two seasonally inspired courses that change every week featuring ingredients from our local farmer friends, along with a delicious cookie fresh from our Bakery.

$18 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity

Our Farmer’s Menu selections change weekly and are offered Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
